Primary contact
Email info@transalpina.app for product support, safety concerns, account help, and privacy requests. This is a moderated inbox, and we aim to respond within two business days. Transactional account messages are sent from noreply@transalpina.app with replies directed to the same support inbox. Never send a password or authentication code by email.
What to include
Describe what you expected, what happened, your app version and phone model, and whether the problem occurs online or with downloaded maps. Do not send passwords, confirmation codes, full access tokens, or unnecessary location history.
Maps, downloads, and routing
State which offline area is installed, whether the issue also occurs online, and the approximate start and destination. A screenshot is useful; a complete GPS history usually is not. Road access, closures, and map data can be incomplete or outdated, so always follow current signs and legal restrictions.
Account and privacy requests
Account deletion is available in the app under Settings → Account. If you cannot access the account, email from the account address and explain the request. A portable JSON account-data export is available in the same screen after confirmation with a code sent by email. Privacy access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and export requests may also be sent to the support address.
Group-ride safety
Use the in-app Report action for a rider so the report includes its temporary session references. Use Block or Leave to stop live sharing immediately. For follow-up, include the approximate report time; do not email another rider’s live location. Safety and abuse reports are prioritized. We aim to respond within two business days; immediate danger should be reported to the appropriate local emergency service.
Navigation safety
Transalpina is planning and guidance software, not an authority on road access, closures, conditions, or speed limits. Follow signs, laws, and your own judgment. Stop somewhere safe before troubleshooting the app.
Policies
Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and the Community Guidelines for group-ride conduct, reporting, blocking, and enforcement.
